A dinner to look at food systems through the very matter of food.
A menu about seasonality and territory, conceived by the chefs of Altatto.
A performance, animated by a “choreography” of tableware designed by studio.traccia and realized with experimental materials made with food waste and new technologies, to describe new metabolic cycles and possible practices for the future.

The shape of each tray has been designed to establish different relationships with different foods, choreographing the collective ritual of eating and the experience of being together while eating. But looked through the eyes of a designer, the trays become fundamental architectural elements: columns, walls, stairs that, assembled together, can compose different objects, small architectures that describe the possibility of new worlds.







The process of experimentation has been a long (fun!) journey and it wouldn't have been possible without the precious help and support of Ottan, Highsociety, Superforma and Miocugino.
